Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Welcome to Clustry
These terms govern your use of Clustry, a group coordination app. By signing in and using Clustry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Clustry Does
Clustry helps groups coordinate together. You can create or join groups (we call them "clusters") for sports teams, families, classes, roommates, trips, churches, and other real-world groups. Within your groups, you can:
- Schedule events and track RSVPs
- Create and assign tasks
- Track dues and split expenses
- Share photos and messages
- Manage lists and signup sheets
- Set reminders and take notes
Your Account
You sign in to Clustry using Google, Facebook, or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your account credentials. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, let us know immediately at hello@clustry.com.
Using Clustry Responsibly
When you use Clustry, you agree to:
- Be respectful to other members of your groups
- Not post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Not use the service to spam or harass anyone
- Not attempt to access other users' data without permission
- Not use the service in any way that could damage or overload our systems
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content You Share
When you post messages, photos, or other content in your groups, you keep ownership of that content. You grant us permission to store and display your content to other members of your groups so the service can work. Other group members can see and download content you share in your shared groups.
Group Roles and Responsibilities
Each group has administrators who manage the group. Group administrators can add or remove members, manage group settings, and moderate content. If you create a group, you're responsible for managing it appropriately and ensuring your group follows these terms.
Money Features
Clustry lets you track dues and split expenses within your groups. These features help you coordinate who owes what — they're record-keeping tools, not payment processing. You're responsible for actually collecting and paying money outside of Clustry. We don't handle the money itself, and we're not responsible for disputes about payments between group members.
Service Availability
We work hard to keep Clustry available and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages resulting from your use of Clustry, including data loss or service interruptions.
Termination
You can stop using Clustry at any time by deleting your account from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated, you lose access to your data, though content you shared in groups may remain visible to other group members.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app. Continuing to use Clustry after changes means you accept the new terms.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at hello@clustry.com and we'll try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate.
